Accounts reads your bookkeeping’s SIE file on this device: its accounts, the year’s balances and every entry, with what could not be read.
To do lists what needs doing, with due dates in the Calendar: tick off your own, or approve a fix, like filing receipts from Incoming.
Add your own Berget key in Settings → Intelligence: Berget, in Stockholm, then writes answers, follows up sessions and drafts the Accounts bot’s fixes.
A first visit finds an example PDF of Perso’s features in Files, and the Accounts bot lists every file it sends to Berget.
Preview opens your photos, PDFs, spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks, finds and marks words in a PDF, and presents a deck or a PDF full screen.
Pictures added to a document, with the Image button, a paste or a drop, are kept beside it in Files; web pictures show as links.
A ? in the top bar opens Help & status: what changed, what this version does, and how to write in.
The same notes are on the web at perso.computer/help, so they can be read and shared.
The background is now chosen in Settings → Appearance, beside the theme and text size.
Ask the assistant which version you have, what is known not to work, or where to report a bug.
Asked who it is, the assistant suggests setting up intelligence when this device has none yet.
Deleted files wait 30 days in Files' Trash, where you can restore them.
Files searches names and details, and Add files brings in files from this device.
The top bar says once when Perso is stored and ready to work offline.
Settings → Appearance has a System theme that follows your device's light or dark setting.
Tax deadlines download as an .ics file, and the assistant answers when VAT is due.
Settings → Company asks about your company once, and Calendar then shows its Swedish tax deadlines.
Restore brings back the files from an Export everything zip, on this device or a new one.
Settings → Data & privacy warns when this browser has little room left, and asks for an export after 30 days.
Settings → Intelligence sets up search on this device, and written answers where the browser has WebGPU.
