What Perso is
Perso is a free beta of a business computer that runs in your browser, made by Suruosh in Sweden. It is offered as it is, while it is being built.
By using Perso you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Your files stay yours
Your files, notes and calendar are stored in this browser, on your device. Perso does not upload them, and claims no right to anything in them.
What reaches the internet when you use Perso is listed on the page What reaches the internet.
Keeping copies is up to you: Settings → Data & privacy → Export everything saves all your files as one zip. What is only in a browser is lost if its data is cleared or the device is lost.
Bookkeeping and tax
Perso helps you keep receipts and see deadlines. It is not an accountant, and it files nothing with Skatteverket for you.
Your bookkeeping, and keeping your records for the seven years the Swedish Bookkeeping Act asks, remain your responsibility.
Check a deadline against Skatteverket’s own information before you rely on it.
Answers from the assistant
The assistant’s answers can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it, amounts and dates most of all.
With your own Berget key on, what Perso sends goes to Berget AI under your own agreement with them, and Perso shows you what it sent.
A beta
Features may change, move or be removed. Perso is not promised to be always available, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.
As far as Swedish law allows, Perso’s maker is not liable for lost data, lost income or other indirect loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Using it fairly
Do not use Perso to break the law, or to try to break into Perso or anyone else’s systems.
Found a security problem? Write to hi@suruosh.se; the address is also in Perso’s security.txt.
Changes and questions
These terms may change as Perso grows. The date above says when they last did, and What’s new says when something important changes.
Swedish law applies to these terms.
Questions about them: hi@suruosh.se.
